Shipping

christopherjohnrogers.com will offer complimentary standard shipping within the U.S. for all orders over $500. We offer International shipping for a flat rate of $75, not including duties and fees. Please note we do not ship to P.O Boxes. Once an order is in the shipping stage it will not be able to be amended. For all order inquiries please contact help@christopherjohnrogers.com.

Please note for all shipments over $1,500 a signature will be required. If you would like to omit this please email help@christopherjohnrogers.com on top of your order confirmation. We will not be held liable for any lost or stolen packages. If you are unsure about something being delivered to your address, please contact us to require a signature for the shipment.

 

Returns

All items are FINAL SALE. We will not accept any returns or exchanges.

Pre-Order

Items available for preorder appear under the “Pre-Order” menu rather than “Shop Now”, with the estimated ship by date for each item located on the product page under "+Info". When purchasing an item available for pre-order you will be charged immediately. Once your pre-ordered item(s) ship you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.For any questions or concerns regarding a pre-order placed, please contact help@christopherjohnrogers.com within 10 days of your order confirmation.

Due to the nature of our pre-order, items may be cancelled per our discretion, within 7 business days after pre-order closes. You will be notified and given the option to receive a refund or exchange within 3 business days after receipt of notification.
