Cut from crisp techno faille in a zesty shade of Pepperoncino, this gown pairs delicate spaghetti straps and center-front ruching with an extravagant exploration of volume. A dropped waist gives way to generously ballooning proportions, gathered into a softly cinched lower tier before erupting into a sweeping, flared hem.

Made in New York City, it's a curious collision of marine biology and marvelous party dressing. Who says you can't make a splash on dry land?
